数字化牙片对磨牙根管治疗术中的疗效观察

目的：对数字化牙片在磨牙根管治疗术中的应用效果进行分析和探究。方法对我院2014年1月～12月收治的198例患者的200颗牙齿展开研究，所有患者的牙齿都采用常规的根管治疗方法治疗，在患者的牙根根管中植入诊断丝，联合不同角度的X片，对牙齿工作长度进行测量。在治疗前、治疗中和治疗后，采用数字化牙片对患者的临床治疗效果进行判断。结果198例患者的200颗牙齿经过治疗之后，只有5例出现不适反应，经过处理之后所有患者均得到有效的治疗。结论数字化压片技术应用到磨牙根管治疗中，能够准确的确定患者的病情，提高治疗的效果，降低并发症的发生。

Objective To digital tooth slice in the application of molar root canal treatment effects are analyzed and explored. in our hospital from January 2014 to December of 200 teeth of 198 patients, all patients with teeth were treated by routine root canal therapy, root root canal in patients in the diagnosis of silk, joint angles of X-ray, measure the length of the dental work. Before treatment, treatment, and after the treatment, the use of digital tooth slice of clinical therapeutic effect of patients with judgment.
