全肺切除术治疗肺癌的疗效观察

目的观察全肺切除术治疗肺癌的效果。方法回顾性分析我院行全肺切除术治疗的42例肺癌患者的临床资料,分析其肺癌治疗效果。结果术后患者近期总缓解率达到90.5%,并发症发生率为26.2%;术后1年、3年、5年生存率分别为85.7%,50.0%、31.0%。结论全肺切除术治疗肺癌的效果良好,术后存活率较高,但术后并发症发生率高,易出现癌症复发及远处转移现象,需严格按照手术流程操作。

Objective To observe the effect of the whole lung resection for lung cancer treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data with total lung resection in 42 cases of lung cancer, the analysis of lung cancer treatment.Results The overall response rate of patients recently reached 90.5%, the complication rate was 26.2%; after 1-year, 3-year, 5-year survival rates were 85.7%, 50.0%, 31.0%.ConclusionResection of lung cancer treatment effect is good, the higher survival rate after surgery, but the high incidence of postoperative complications, prone to the phenomenon of cancer recurrence and distant metastasis, surgical procedures should be strictly in accordance with the operation.
