摘要
目的比较分析改良根治术与保乳手术治疗乳腺癌的临床效果。方法研究对比87例乳腺癌患者分别采用保乳手术(观察组)以及乳腺癌改良根治术(对照组)治疗效果。结果观察组术中出血量、手术时间、并发症发生情况、美容治疗优良率与对照组差异显著,但两组术后1年生存率、复发率比较无明显差异。结论保乳术治疗乳腺癌治疗效果显著。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of modified radical mastectomy and breast conserving operation for the treatment of breast cancer.Methods A comparative study of 87 cases of breast cancer treated with breast conserving operation （observation group） and modiifed radical mastectomy （control group） treatment effect. ResultsIn the observation group, amount of bleeding during operation, operation time, complications, the excellent and good rate of beauty treatment and control group had significant difference, but the two groups after 1 year survival rate, recurrence rate is of no difference.Conclusion Breast conserving surgery for breast cancer treatment effect is remarkable.
