摘要
目的：探究老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭临床治疗效果。方法选取我院于2012年12月～2014年8月收治的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者200例，对其临床表现、辅助检查结果以及预后情况进行分析。结果经过治疗，大部分患者的相关症状得到缓解，复查肺功能得到改善（P＜0.05），且不复发。结论对患者进行全面判断并根据情况采取合适的治疗方案，才能有效的治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭，避免复发。
Objective To study the clinical treatment effects of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure. Methods200 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure in our hospital from December 2012 to August 2014 were chosen and their clinical manifestation, auxiliary examination results and prognosis conditions were analyzed.Results After treatments, related symptoms of most patients were remitted and their lung functions improved and did not recur （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive judgment and the proper treatment ways according to situations can effectively treat elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure and can avoid recurrence.
