目的探讨传染性单核细胞增多症的临床治疗方法。方法 72例患儿分为研讨组和对照组,对照组采用更昔洛韦及对症治疗,研讨组在此基础上采用丙种球蛋白。结果研讨组治疗总有效率和症状好转率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论传单患儿在对症支持疗法的基础上,联合应用丙种球蛋白和更昔洛韦治疗效果显著,能够快速恢复患儿的身体健康。
