探讨羊水栓塞的抢救及其治疗措施

To Explore the Rescue of Amniotic Fluid Embolism and Its Treatment Measures

目的：对羊水栓塞患者进行抢救和治疗的方法探析。方法根据我院2000～2014年接收的5例羊水栓塞患者进行研究分析，探讨患者的临床抢救以及治疗方式。结果全部的5例患者在进行了抢救和治疗后，有1例患者度过危险期，顺利出院，其余的4例患者均死亡，此次研究的死亡率是80%。结论产科中，羊水栓塞属于非常严重的并发症，该疾病一旦出现，患者存活的几率比较小，因此应该要做好预防工作，对患者的症状及时的发现和治疗。挽救患者的生命。

Objective To analysis the method of rescue and treatment of amniotic fluid embolism. Methods Analyzed 5 cases of amniotic fluid embolism received in our hospital from 2000 to 2014 and explored clinical rescue and treatment of the patients. Results All the 5 cases of patients in the rescue and treatment, 1 patients passed the critical stage, smooth discharge, the remaining 4 cases patients were dead, the mortality rate is 80% of the.Conclusion Obstetrics, amniotic fluid embolism is a very serious complications, the disease once appear, the chances of survival is relatively small, so they should want to do good precaution work, timely ifnd the patient＇s symptoms and treatment. Save the lives of patients.
