摘要
目的分析腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的综合护理方案。方法以我院43例接受腹腔镜手术治疗的异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,将其分为对照组与观察组,对比观察两组患者手术情况及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组术中出血量低于对照组,且首次肛门排气时间、住院时间,均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜手术联合综合护理干预方案,可降低术后并发症发生率,值得推广。
Objective Analysis of laparoscopic operation nursing comprehensive treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 43 cases of ectopic pregnancy underwent laparoscopic operation for the treatment of patients as the research subject, compared two groups were observed in patients with operation and the incidence of postoperative complications. ResultsThe observation group of intraoperative hemorrhage was less than that of the control group, and the first anal exhaust time, hospitalization time, were significantly shorter than the control group （P＆lt;0.05）. ConclusionLaparoscopic operation combined with comprehensive nursing intervention scheme used in clinical treatment and nursing of patients with ectopic pregnancy. can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, worthy of promotion.
