摘要
目的探讨延续性护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者104例,对照组50例行常规护理,观察组54例行延续性护理干预。结果两组干预后身体领域、情绪领域以及其他领域对比差异观察组均优于对照组,对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论对慢性心力衰竭患者采用延续性护理干预可显著改善其生活质量。
Objective To explore the continuity of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Select our hospital 104 cases of patients with chronic heart failure, the control group 50 routine nursing care, observation group of 54 continuity routine nursing intervention.Results To observe the differences in physical domain, emotional ifeld in two groups after the intervention and other areas of contrast group were superior to the control group, the difference contrast signiifcantly （P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with chronic heart failure using continuity nursing intervention can signiifcantly improve the quality of life.
