摘要
目的探讨围手术期综合护理在肠梗阻患者中的应用效果,总结护理经验。方法 78例肠梗阻患者随机分为观察组与对照组两组各39例,对照组患者给予外科常规护理,观察组患者给予围手术期综合护理措施。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术后排气时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围手术期综合护理能促进肠梗阻患者的康复,缩短住院时间,降低并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the application of the comprehensive perioperative nursing in patients with intestinal obstruction effect, sum up nursing experience.Methods 78 patients with intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into the observation group（n=39） and the control group （n=39）. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were given the comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention.Results Operation time, postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay of observation group patients were shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）; Postoperative complication rate of observation group patients is lower than the control group（P〉0.05）.ConclusionComprehensive perioperative nursing care can promote the intestinal obstruction patients recovery, shorter hospital stay, reduce complications.
