健康教育护理干预在盆腔炎住院患者中的应用效果

Health Education Nursing Intervention in Patients With Pelvic Inflammatory Disease in Hospital Application Effect

目的探讨在盆腔炎住院患者中应用健康教育护理的效果。方法选取我院盆腔炎住院患者84例作为研究对象,对照组40例使用常规护理,观察组44例使用健康教育护理干预,对比两组效果。结果观察组满意度高于对照组,发热与腰痛复发率低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在盆腔炎住院患者中使用健康教育护理干预效果明显,有推广价值。

Objective To explore the application of health education in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease in hospital nursing effect. Methods Select our hospital 84 cases of hospitalized patients with pelvic inflammatory disease as the research object, the control group 40 cases with routine nursing care, observation group of 44 cases of using health education nursing intervention, compared two groups of results.Results Observation group satisfaction is higher than the control group, fever and flank pain recurrence rate is lower than the control group, compare the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Use of health education in patients with pelvic inlfammatory disease in hospital nursing intervention effect is obvious, has promotion value.
