摘要
目的：分析优质护理在冠心病护理中的应用效果。方法研究对象选取本院2013年5月～2014年4月收治的56例冠心病患者，对比分析护理干预前后患者情绪状态和遵医行为的变化。结果经过护理干预后患者遵医行为明显提高，经统计学分析发现差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在冠心病护理中实施优质护理有助于提高遵医行为，对患者的预后有益。
ObjectiveTo analyze the application of high quality nursing in the patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Selected subject in our hospital from May 2013 to April 2014, 56 patients with coronary heart disease, and compared before and after the nursing intervention patients emotional state and changes in according to the medical behavior.Results After the nursing intervention patients according to the medical behavior, after statistical analysis found that the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing do harm to coronary heart disease.
