摘要
目的：探讨分析甲状腺功能减退患者的临床护理方式。方法根据我院2009～2010年的27例甲状腺功能减退患者的临床护理方式来进行回顾分析。结果全部的27例患者经过治疗和护理后，共有26例病情改善，顺利出院，有1例死亡病例，其余患者在住院的过程中没有发生并发症情况。结论临床中甲状腺功能减退患者除了接受治疗之外，还需要接受良好的护理，加强健康教育，提升患者对疾病相关知识的了解程度，能够在生活中对生活习惯给予注意，提升患者院内和出院后的生活质量。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical nursing analysis of hypothyroidism patients. MethodsAccording to the clinical nursing methods of 27 cases of thyroid function in our hospital from 2009 to 2010 were retrospectively analyzed patients with impaired to.Results All 27 cases of the patients after treatment and care, a total of 26 cases of disease improvement, smooth discharge, 1 cases of deaths, the rest of the patients had no complications in the course of hospitalization.Conclusion The clinical hypothyroidism in addition to accept the treatment, but also need to accept the good care, strengthen health education, enhance the level of patients understand the disease related knowledge, can in the life of the living habits of attention, enhance the patients in hospital and after discharge of the quality of life.
