摘要
目的分析老年糖尿病合并脑梗塞的临床护理结果。方法将28例糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者进行分析,在常规护理的基础上强化心理护理、严格控制血糖、严格控制饮食。对比护理前后的ESS评分、空腹血糖值。结果护理干预后的空腹血糖以及ESS评分均明显优于护理干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以护理干预能够帮助患者维持身体机能的稳定、控制血糖水平,奠定糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者临床治疗的基础。
ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical nursing outcomes of elderly diabetic patients with cerebral infarction.Methods28 cases of diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction patients were analyzed, on the basis of routine nursing strengthen psychological nursing, strict control of blood glucose, strict diet control. Comparison of nursing before and after the ESS score, fasting blood glucose.Results After nursing intervention of the fasting blood glucose and ESS score were signiifcantly better than before intervention, with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can help patients to maintain physical function stability, control of blood glucose levels, and lays the foundation of diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction patients in clinical treatment.
