摘要
目的对在膀胱肿瘤疾病护理成效进行综合分析。方法选择的研究对象是近三年来在我院接受过膀胱肿瘤治疗的患者,进行临床外科护理划分为实验组,未进行的划分为对照组。结果在实验组的48例患者中恢复健康35例,约占73%,11例出现轻微并发症,约占23%;在对照组的30例患者中恢复健康15例,占50%,9例产生轻微并发症,占30%,6例产生严重并发症甚至复发的,占20%,通过及时治疗和精心的护理全部顺利通过围手术期,达到出院标准。结论应用临床外科护理对肿瘤疾病的整个治疗过程都有显著疗效,提高了整个疾病的治愈率。
ObjectiveTo comprehensive analysis the effect of nursing in tumor of bladder.MethodsThe object of study was received the treatment of bladder cancer in the recent three years in our hospital. Who treated with clinical surgical nursing are divided into the experimental group, others are divided into the experimental group the control group. Results In 48 cases of experimental group,35 cases（73%） were restored to health, 11 patients（23%） were occurred in minor complications. In 30 cases of control group,15 cases（50%） were restored to health, 9 patients（30%） were occurred in minor complications,6 cases（20%） were in serious complications.Conclusion The clinical application of surgical nursing of tumor throughout the course of treatment of disease have a signiifcant effect. Improve the cure rate of the disease.
