浅析外科护理潜在的护理风险与对策

Analysis of Surgical Nursing Potential Nursing Risks and Countermeasures

目的：对外科护理的风险因素进行研究，制定改善措施，提升护理质量。方法2011～2013年我院共有120例外科手术患者接受治疗，根据患者的临床资料来进行回顾分析。结果研究表明，外科护理的风险性因素主要是风险意识缺乏、岗位职责履行差、病情判断不及时、护理告知不到位等，经过研究我们制定了一些解决措施，提升患者的安全性。结论外科护理存在风险性，需要对潜在的风险进行研究分析，及时发现处理，提升护理安全性和患者的满意度。

ObjectiveTostudy the risk factors of surgical nursing, make improvement measures, to improve the quality of nursing.Methods From 2011 to 2013 in our hospital a total of 120 cases of surgical operation treated patients, according to the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed to. ResultsThe study showed that the risk factors of surgical nursing, mainly is the lack of risk consciousness, duties to fulfil difference, judging the condition of not timely, nursing inform is not in place, through research we made some solving measures, improve patient safety.Conclusion Surgical nursing risk, needs to carry on the research analysis of the potential risks, that the processing time, improve patient safety and nursing satisfaction.
