摘要
目的对医院放射护理的现状及对策进行研究与分析。方法选取我院20名护理人员作为本次研究的对象,采用自制调查问卷进行放射护理现状调查,针对调查现状提出对策研究。结果通过调查得知在放射护理的管理方面仍存在不足,欠缺急救技能。结论医院应加强对护理人员的的理论学习和技能培训,提高放射护理的管理,保证医疗护理安全,消除安全隐患。
ObjectiveStatus Quo of hospital radiology nursing research and analysis.Methods 20 nurses in our hospital as an object of this study, the use of self-made questionnaire Survey for radiation treatments, to propose a solution for Survey Research.Results Through the investigation in the management of radiation that there is still insufifcient care, a lack of ifrst aid skills.Conclusion The hospital should strengthen theoretical learning and skills training for nurses and improve radiology care management to ensure health care safety and eliminate safety hazards.
