人性化管理在产科护理管理中的研究

Humanized Management in the Management of Obstetric Care Research

目的研究分析人性化护理管理在产科护理管理中的应用。方法选用我院2013年在职的护理人员80例,对护理人员行人性化管理方式之后对比分析护理人员在管理前和管理后在产科护理中的护理人员行为评分与患者对护理的满意度。结果接受人性化管理模式后,护理人员行为评分、患者对护理的满意率等均明显优于人性化管理前,二者差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产科护理中,采用人性化护理方式,能够有效提高护理人员的行为评分,提高患者对护理的满意度,有效改善产科护理质量,值得在临床上推广和应用。

ObjectiveResearch and analysis the humanized nursing management in the management of obstetric care application effect. Methods75 nurses in our hospital work material, all implement humanized nursing management, nursing staff and the nursing effect of before and after the analysis of humanization nursing management.ResultsThrough the implementation of humanized management mode, the whole nursing quality evaluation, nursing staff behavior, the satisfaction of patients to nursing, and so on and so forth were significantly better than that of before the implementation of humanized management mode, the signiifcant difference （P〈0.05）, with statistical signiifcance.Conclusion The use of humanization nursing in obstetrics nursing management pattern, can effectively improve the quality of nursing and patients satisfaction of nursing play an important role in medical service system, to build a good nurse, and medical relationship.
