心理护理干预对高危妊娠产妇的影响评价

Psychological Nursing Intervention's Influence on the High-risk Pregnancy Lying-in Woman

目的探讨在高危妊娠产妇中使用心理护理干预的影响。方法选取高危妊娠产妇70例作为研究对象,对照组35例使用常规护理,观察组35例使用心理护理干预,对比两组妊娠结局。结果观察组胎儿窘迫率、产后出血率、剖宫产率显著低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高危妊娠产妇中使用心理护理干预可对患者妊娠结局予以有效改善。

ObjectiveTo explore the use of psychological nursing intervention in high-risk pregnancy lying-in woman effects.Methods Select high-risk pregnancy, 70 cases of maternal as the research object, divided into control group 35 cases with conventional nursing care, observation group of 35 cases using psychological nursing intervention, compared two groups of pregnancy outcome.Results Observation group rate of fetal distress, rate of postpartum hemorrhage and cesarean section rate was signiifcantly lower than the control group, compare the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of psychological nursing intervention in high-risk pregnancy lying-in women can, to effectively improve the pregnancy outcome in patients with a popularization value.
