阴道分泌物对尿常规检查结果的影响及对策探究

To Explore the Effect of Vaginal Secretions and Urine Routine Examination Results and Countermeasures

目的本次主要对阴道分泌物对尿常规检查结果的影响及对策进行探究。方法对照组采用肥皂及清水清洗,采集中段尿液;实验组医护人员给予0.02%呋喃西林溶液帮助患者清洗,采集中段尿液或近后段尿液。结果实验组白细胞检出率和红细胞检出率,蛋白质检出率和上皮细胞检出率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对于尿常规检查者而言,阴道分泌物会对检查结果造成较大的影响。

Objective The main of vaginal discharge effect on the urine routine examination results and Countermeasures to explore.Methods The control group using soap and water cleaning, collecting midstream urine; experimental group of health care workers to give 0.02% Furacilin Solution to help patients to cleaning, collecting midstream urine or near the posterior segment urineResults The experimental group of white blood cell detection rate and detection rate of red blood cell, protein detection rate and detection rate of epithelial cells was signiifcantly lower than that of control group,P〈 0.05.Conclusion For those in the routine examination of the urine, vaginal secretions may have great inlfuence on the test results.
