摘要
目的探究第三代喉管在腹腔镜胆囊手术麻醉的治疗效果。方法纳入我院腹腔镜胆囊手术病人120例,随机分成两组,每组60名患者,实验组使用第三代喉罩(L组),对照组使用气管插管(T组),比较两组应用治疗效果。结果全麻插管或者拔除插管能导致心血管系统不良反应,体现在BP增大及HR加快现象。结论 L组在手术过程中各时点大致和T组相同,全部在常规范围中,则表明第三代管喉罩和气管插管具有相同的通气效用。
Objective To explore the third generation of throat in laparoscopic operation anesthesia treatment effect.Methods The use of laparoscopic operation patients in our hospital in 120 cases, each group was 60 patients, the experimental group using the third generation of the laryngeal mask airway （group L）, control group （group T） intubation.ResultsGeneral anesthesia intubation or extubation intubation can lead to adverse reaction of cardiovascular system, relfected in the increases of BP and HR to speed up the phenomenon.Conclusion L group in the operation process of every time point roughly and the same T group, all in the range of routine, it shows that the third escrow laryngeal mask and tracheal intubation ventilation effectiveness with same.
