浅析患儿全身麻醉中七氟醚麻醉诱导的应用

Application of Sevoflurane Anesthesia in Children During General Anesthesia Induction

目的研究分析全麻治疗使用七氟醚麻醉诱导在儿科治疗的应用效果。方法从2013至2014年我院的儿科需麻醉治疗的患者中选取62例进行研究,将这些患儿分成对照组和实验组两组,均有31例,实验组患儿使用七氟醚吸入全麻,对照组患儿使用静脉注射氯胺酮,根据患者的心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SPO2)、平均动脉压(MAP)指标来进行比较分析。结果根据临床患儿治疗前后的情况观察来看,实验组患儿的HR、SPO2波动幅度低于对照组,MAP观察组和对照组均比术前低,两组患儿的插管成功率是100%。结论对于临床需要接受全身麻醉治疗的患儿使用七氟醚吸入麻醉,效果比较好,能够对患儿的恐惧心理起到改善效果,诱导速度快,苏醒速度快,并发症几率小,临床适合推广使用。

Objective To study the treatment analysis of general anesthesia induction of anesthesia in pediatric treatment application effect of sevoflurane.MethodsFrom 2013 to 2014 in our hospital pediatric anesthesia in patients treated with the selected 62 cases studied, these children were divided into control group and experimental group two groups, all 31 cases in the experimental group, the use of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia, the control group were intravenous ketamine, according to the patient＇s heart rate, oxygen （HR） saturation （SPO2）,mean arterial pressure （MAP） index to carry on the comparative analysis. Results According to the clinical situation were observed before and after treatment in children with the point of view, in the experimental group HR, SPO2 wave amplitude is lower than the control group, the observation of MAP group and the control group were lower than the preoperative, two groups of children with intubation success rate is 100%.Conclusion For the treatment of children undergoing general anesthesia using sevolfurane inhalation anesthesia clinical needs, the effect is better, can for the children＇s fear to improve effect induced by fast, fast recovery, complications were small, suitable for popularization and use in clinical.
