探讨颈部血管彩超诊断缺血性脑血管疾病颈部动脉血管病变的意义

Explore Neck Vessels Carotid Artery Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease Significance of Vascular Lesions

目的分析颈部血管彩超在缺血性脑血管疾病患者颈动脉血管病变临床诊断中的应用价值。方法对我院收治的45例缺血性脑血管疾病患者行多层螺旋CT血管成像检查和颈部血管彩超检查,对比两种检测方法的检测结果,分析颈部血管彩超在临床诊断中的应用价值。结果多层螺旋CT血管成像检查发现45例患者中有18例患者出现了颈动脉狭窄和闭塞,24例患者出现椎动脉狭窄或发育异常。颈部血管彩超检查发现16例患者出现了颈动脉狭窄和闭塞,9例患者出现椎动脉狭窄或发育异常。结论颈部血管彩超在缺血性脑血管疾病患者颈动脉狭窄诊断中具有良好的应用价值,但对于其它颈动脉血管病变的诊断则存在一定的局限性。

ObjectiveTo analyze the value of the neck vascular ultrasound in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease carotid vascular lesions in clinical diagnosis.Methods 45 patients admitted to our hospital with ischemic cerebrovascular disease underwent multislice CT angiography and carotid artery ultrasonography, contrast detection results of the two detection methods, the analysis in the clinical diagnosis of vascular neck ultrasound in value.Results Multislice CT angiography was found in 45 patients, 18 patients had carotid stenosis and occlusion, 24 cases of patients with vertebral artery stenosis or abnormalities. Neck vascular ultrasound examination revealed 16 cases of patients with carotid artery stenosis and occlusion, 9 cases of patients with vertebral artery stenosis or abnormalities.Conclusion Neck vascular ultrasound has good application value in the diagnosis of carotid artery stenosis in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease, but for the other carotid artery disease diagnosis are some limitations exist.
