高频B超在乳腺良恶性病变诊断中的临床应用分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨高频B超在乳腺良恶性病变诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取90例乳腺疾病患者作为研究对象,其中54例乳腺良性肿瘤,36例乳腺癌,均经病理证实,并给予高频B超检查。分析高频B超的诊断正确率,并比较乳腺良恶性病变超声图像特点。结果高频B超诊断乳腺良性肿瘤的正确率为85.2%,诊断乳腺癌的正确率为69.4%。与乳腺良性肿瘤相比,乳腺癌患者超声中表现为病灶不规则、边界不清晰、内部回声不均匀、丰富血流信号及钙化的例数显著增多(P<0.05)。结论高频B超在诊断乳腺良恶性病变中具有较高的诊断正确率,在乳腺良性肿瘤与乳腺癌鉴别诊断中具有一定应用价值。 ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical application of high frequency B ultrasound in diagnosing breast benign and malignant diseases. Methods54 cases with breast benign tumor and 36 cases with breast cancer were selected as research objects. All the patients were pathologically confirmed and examined by high frequency B ultrasound. Then, the diagnostic accuracy rate was analyzed and characteristics of ultrasound image between breast benign tumors and breast cancers were compared. Results High frequency B ultrasound had a diagnostic accuracy rate of 85.2% and 69.4% in breast benign tumors and breast cancers respectively. In comparison with breast benign tumors, cases with irregular lesion, blur boundary, uneven internal echo, rich lfow signal and calciifcation in breast cancers were respectively statistically more in patients with breast cancers (allP〈0.05).Conclusion High frequency B ultrasound has relatively high diagnostic accuracy rate in breast benign and malignant diseases. And it has certain values on differentiation of breast benign tumor and breast cancer.
