中药联合针灸腰椎骨质增生腰疼急性加重72例临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Combined Acupuncture and Medicine in 72 Patients With Acute Exacerbation of Hyperosteogeny of Lumbar Backache

目的对中药联合针灸治疗腰椎骨质增生腰疼急性加重的临床效果进行探讨。方法选取我院收治的144例腰椎骨质增生腰疼急性加重患者为研究对象,随机分组,对照组采用针灸进行治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上增加中药治疗。对比分析两组患者的临床效果。结果实验组临床疗效明显优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论采用中药联合针灸对腰椎骨质增生腰疼急性加重患者进行治疗,疗效显著,能够有效改善患者的临床症状。

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effect of acute exacerbation of hyperosteogeny of lumbar backache of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.Methodsselect our hospital 144 cases of hyperosteogeny of lumbar backache acute exacerbation patients as the research object, randomly divided the control group were treated by acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of experimental group increased in the control group on the basis of. A comparative analysis of the clinical effect of two groups of patients.Results The clinical curative effect of experimental group was significantly better than the control group,P〈0.05, had statistical signiifcance.Conclusion The use of Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture on lumbar hyperosteogeny lumbar pain of patients with acute exacerbation of treatment, a signiifcant effect, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
