中药熏蒸结合中药外敷及内服治疗黄褐斑疗效观察

Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined With External Application of Chinese Medicine and Oral Clinical Observation on Treatment of Chloasma

目的研究分析中药熏蒸、中药外敷、中药内服的治疗方式来进行黄褐斑治疗的效果。方法根据我院的60例黄褐斑门诊患者来进行研究分析,将患者分组为对照组和实验组,对照组采取的是外敷中药以及内服中药治疗,观察组患者接受的是熏蒸、外敷、内服中药治疗,对两组患者进行三个月的治疗后进行疗效比较。结果三个月治疗后,对照组的有效率是48.58%,观察组的有效率是70%,两组患者的有效率存在显著差异性。结论使用中药熏蒸、外敷、内服来进行黄褐斑的临床治疗具有非常好的效果,临床中患者的治疗有效率高,可以推广使用。
