脑血栓采用疏血通注射液与奥扎格雷钠治疗的临床分析

The Clinical Analysis Upon the Treatment of ShuX ieT ong Injection Combined With Ozagrel Sodium on Cerebral Thrombosis

目的探讨疏血通注射液以及奥扎格雷钠在对脑血栓患者治疗过程中的临床疗效。方法收集100例脑血栓患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者使用奥扎格雷钠进行治疗,观察组患者使用疏血通注射液联合奥扎格雷钠进行治疗,比较两组患者的神经功能缺损治疗效果以及并发症发生率。结果两组患者在经过治疗后均有所好转,但观察组患者的神经功能缺损治疗效果以及并发症发生率均优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论在对脑血栓患者进行治疗的过程中,使用疏血通注射液联合奥扎格雷钠的方式效果更佳,在临床上值得推广应用。

ObjectiveTo Sexplore the ShuXieTong injection and the sodium ozagrel in the clinical curative effect in the process of treatment in patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods Collect 100 patients with cerebral thrombosis, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases each. Control group patients use of ozagrel sodium treatment, observation group of patients using ShuXieTong joint of ozagrel sodium injection treatment, compared two groups of nerve function defect in patients with therapeutic effect and complication rates. Results After treatment in both groups were improved, but the observation group of patients with nerve function defect treatment effect and complication rates were signiifcantly better than the control group patients. Conclusion In the course of treatment in patients with cerebral thrombosis, using ShuXieTong joint of ozagrel sodium injection way effect is better, worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
