总结成批中重度烧伤患者的气道管理经验,依托多学科团队实施专业化、精细化、分阶段气道管理。第1阶段重点为:气管切开套管及系带特殊管理和加强气道湿化;第2阶段重点为气道廓清、定时吸痰、刺激咳嗽及气囊压力管理。本组16例患者伤后第28天行纤维支气管镜检查,气道黏膜全部愈合,120d零死亡。

This paper summarizes the airway management of mass casualties with moderate or severe burns by a multi-disciplinary team. The measures included traeheostomy care,intensive humidification in the first stage and clearance,irritative cough through high-frequency suction,cuff management in the second sgage. All 16 patients＇ airway mucosa healed based on the results of bronchofiberoscopy examination 28 days after the burn and no one died.
