论成人高等教育职业性特色缺失的原因及对策

Research on the Reasons and Countermeasures for the Lack of Vocational Characteristics in Adult Higher Education

职业性特色是指依照职业的内涵规范教育过程的各项标准、以职业为导向安排教育活动时体现的特点,凸显职业性办学特色是成人高教当前发展的必然选择。成教实施中职业性特色严重缺失已成为制约我国成人高教良性发展的瓶颈。因此,从国家、学校、学生等宏观、中观和微观三个层面挖掘成因并提出解决策略,不仅是成人高教的当务之急,也是其生存之道。

Vocational characteristics mean to standardize the education process and arrange the activities in accordance with the connotation and the direction of vocation. Adult higher education is facing the inevitable choice of giving prominence to vocational characteristics. In the development of adult higher education,vocational characteristics are greatly deficient,which is the bottleneck restricting the healthy development of adult higher education. So it＇s not only imperative,but also a matter of survival to find the causes from the aspect of country,school and student from the macro,medium and micro level,and then put forward the countermeasures.
