广东省农村成人教育体制和运行机制现状研究

Research on Rural Adult Education System and Operational Mechanism of Guangdong

为贯彻实施《广东省中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》,对广东省多个市教育局、区(县、市)成教办和农村成人文化技术学校进行了调研,依据数据,较详细地分析了农村成人教育现状和存在的问题,结合广东省实际情况,提出了改革和发展农村成人教育的建议和意见,以期为广东省农村成人教育相关政策法规的制定提供参考,为广东省农村经济发展作出更大贡献。

In the purpose of better implementing＂the Guangdong Outline for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development（ 2010—2020） ＂. This paper first conducted an extensive investigation on a number of Education Bureau of all levels,Adult Education Offices as well as some village schools for adults in Guangdong. Then based on the data available,this article hopes to make a detailed interpretation on the current situation and problems of adult education in villages of Guangdong. Finally it tries to put forward some specific suggestions for the adult education and the economics development in rural areas of Guangdong.
