老年大学的现状分析与对策探讨——基于杭州市的实证研究

The Analysis and Countermeasures on the Current Situation of University for the Elderly——Based on the Empirical Study of Hangzhou City

杭州市老年大学正在不断发展,对促进老年人身心发展、实现积极老龄化有着重要的意义,有广阔的发展前景。但供需矛盾依然突出,社会政策不完善,场地、师资缺乏,精神文化需求得不到满足。需要从完善老年教育相关政策、提高老年人的参与意识、鼓励多种形式办学、加大场地和人员投入力度等方面努力。

The universities for the elderly in Hangzhou are developing continuously,which has a positive significance to promote physical and mental development of the elderly,and it has promising prospects for development. However,the contradiction between supply and demand is still prominent. The social policy,layout,and the teaching staff couldn＇t meet spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly. We need to improve the elderly education in these areas below： perfecting the related policies,promoting the sense of participation of the elderly,encouraging various kinds of elderly universities,and increasing the investment on site and personnel.
