“微创新”引领下的基层电大教学质量建设

Teaching Quality Construction in Local Radio and TV Universities Led by the Concept of Micro Innovation

随着教学规模的相对稳定,加强管理与提升质量成了基层电大共同面对的课题。在教学过程中,如何处理好规模与质量、创新与质量、管理服务与质量等关系成了基层电大面临的主要问题。基于此,以"教育微创新"为理念,在理清基层电大教学质量现状的基础上,提出了在专业设置、教学方法、教学资源建设、教学服务、学习技能、校园文化建设等方面的具体举措,以期对基层电大的教学质量提升起到一定的借鉴作用。

Recently,with the comparatively steady situation of teaching scale,strengthening management and enhancing quality have become the common problem that local Radio and TV Universities（ RTVUs） is facing. During the process of teaching,how to deal with the relationship between scale and quality,innovation and quality,management service and quality has become the main problem studied by local RTVUs. According to the concept of micro innovation,this paper analyzed the current situation in local RTVUs,and proposed some specific measures attainable in local RTVUs from the aspects of specialty provision,teaching methods,construction of teaching resources,teaching services,learning skills,construction of campus culture,etc.,which could offer some references for the teaching quality improvement of local RTVUs.
