不同触发技术对复杂先天性心脏病双源CT成像的影响 被引量:1

Effect of different triggering techniques on quality of dual-source computed tomography angiography of complex congenital heart disease

摘要 目的对比通过团注对比剂手动触发和自动跟踪触发得到的两组CT图像,探讨不同触发技术对儿童复杂先天性心脏病CT图像质量的影响。方法回顾性分析河南省胸科医院自2013年1月—2014年6月403例行双源CT心脏大血管成像的复杂型先天性心脏病患儿,采用对比剂示踪法(Bolus-tracking),其中以手动触发(监测四腔心层面,ROI定于空气)扫描245例(A组),以自动触发(ROI定于升主动脉或降主动脉)扫描158例(B组),对A、B组图像进行对比,具体的对比内容包括,上腔静脉及右心系统对比剂高浓度伪影,心腔、大血管强化CT值。结果两组图像心腔及大血管CT值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),上腔静脉及右心系统、心腔大血管显示差异有统计学意义,A组图像质量明显优于B组(P<0.05)。结论触发方式的选择对儿童先天性心脏病CT图像质量有显著影响,手动触发扫描技术可有效消除上腔静脉及右心系统对比剂高浓度伪影,提高图像质量。 Objective To explore the effect of different triggering techniques on quality of the dual- source computed tomography Angiography of complex congenital heart disease by comparing the imaging data of these two triggering techniques. Methods Retrospectively analyzed and compared the imaging data of 403 cases with complex congenital heart disease who underwent the dual- source computed tomography Angiography from January 2013 to June 2014,and CT scans on 245 patients were triggered manually( group A),the other scans on 158 patients were triggered automatically( group B). Bolus tracking were applied to all the 403 patients. The specific content includes CT value of cardiac chambers and great vessels,the image artifacts of superior vena cava and right heart,and the visual quality of cardiac structure and great vessels. Results The CT values of cardiac chambers and great vessels in the two groups had not statistical significance( P〈0. 05). The image quality of cardiac structure and great vessels,superior vena cava was significantly better in group A than that in group B( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The triggering techniques have significant impact on the on quality of the dual- source computed tomography Angiography of complex congenital heart disease,the manual triggering technique can effectively eliminate the image artifacts of superior vena cava and right heart,and improve the image quality.
