药物流产后清宫率与子宫位置关系的研究

目的分析子宫位置与药物流产后清宫率的关系,以指导临床治疗。方法回顾性分析商丘市妇幼保健院2013年7月至2014年8月收治的270例应用药物流产的患者,根据子宫位置将患者分为:子宫前屈(50例)、前倾子宫(55例)、中位子宫(55例)、后倾子宫(54例)及子宫后屈(56例)五组,分别统计各组患者的药物流产效果,分析子宫位置与药物流产的临床清宫率的关系。结果服用流产药物后,子宫前屈、前倾子宫、中位子宫、后倾子宫及子宫后屈各组当日完全流产率为4.00%、16.36%、32.72%、18.19%及12.50%,以中位子宫组最高,子宫前屈及子宫后屈最低(P<0.05);1周后完全流产率为12.20%、30.95%、56.41%、33.33%及18.18%,仍以中位子宫组最高,子宫前屈及子宫后屈最低(P<0.05)。结论药物流产清宫率与子宫位置存在显著的关系,以中位子宫药物流产清宫率最高。

Objective To analyze the relationship between the position of the uterus after curettage abortion rate to guide clinical treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis of patients Shangqiu City,MCH July 2013 to August 2014 were treated 270 cases of application of medical abortion,the patients were divided according to the position of the uterus： uterine flexion（ 50 cases）,forward of the uterus（ 55 cases）,the uterus（ 55 cases）,after dumping the uterus（ 54 cases） and the uterus after the bend（ 56 cases） five groups,namely the statistical effect of the drug abortion patients in each group,the rate of clinical uterine curettage abortion drug＇s position relationship. Results After taking the abortion drug,uterine flexion,forward womb,the uterus,after dumping the uterus and uterine flexion each group complete abortion rate was 4. 00 percent the day,16. 36%,32. 72%,18. 19% and 12. 50%,with the MSB uterus group,uterus and uterine flexion flexion lowest（ P〈0. 05）; 1 week after complete abortion rate was 12. 20%,30. 95%,56. 41%,33. 33% and 18. 18%,still the highest in the uterus group,uterine uterine flexion flexion and lowest（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The presence rate and uterine curettage abortion position significant relationship to the uterine curettage abortion rate is highest.
