摘要
采用分光光度法测定虎杖不同炮制品中总蒽醌的含量。结果 :盐灸虎杖、姜炙虎杖中总蒽醌的含量较高。提示 :不同炮制方法、辅料、温度。
The contents of total anthraquinone in Rhizoma Polyoni Cuspidati and in the different processed products of Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati were determined by VB,.Result:the content of total anthraquinone the Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati of salt-roust and ginger-roust were more than the others.Hint:adjuvant process method temporeture etc were the effect factor for the content of total antraquinone in the Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati.
