摘要
为了防止硝酸铵在生产、使用过程中发生伤亡事故,采用改进的临界爆温检测装置对硝酸铵溶液进行临界爆炸温度检测。实验表明,一定浓度的油脂对硝酸铵水溶液有明显促进作用。在硝酸铵浓度一定的情况下,随着油脂含量的改变,临界爆炸温度呈现先减小后增大再减小的趋势。升温越高,爆炸温度越低。研究结果对硝酸铵的生产、运输、存储和使用具有重要的实际指导意义。
In order to prevent serious damage accidents of ammonium nitrate in the use and the production process.Improved critical explosion temperature detection device is used to detect the critical explosion temperature of ammonium nitrate solution.Experiments show that a certain concentration of oil has obvious promoting effect on ammonium nitrate solution.A certain concentration of ammonium nitrate,with oil content change,the critical explosion temperature decreases firstly and then increases and then decreases.In different heating rate,the lower the rate,the higher blast temperature.The result has important actual guiding significance to production,transportation,storage and use of ammonium nitrate.
