摘要 简要介绍了聚乙二醇的性能、合成方法,指出因其独特的性能,被广泛应用于医药、电子、化工、食品等领域。着重对近年来聚乙二醇的端羟基改性进行了综述,如何设计引入官能团的路线是研究的关键和难点。 The performance and synthesis methods of polyethylene glycol are briefly introduced. It is pointed out that polyethylene glycol is widely used in the fields such as medicine, electron, chemical industry, food and so on due to its unique performance. The terminal hydroxyl modification of polyethylene glycol in recent years is emphatically reviewed. The key and difficulty point are how to design the pathway for introducing the functional groups.
