摘要
介绍了一种聚氨酯灌浆材料GJ–8G预聚体的研制方法,通过正交试验设计,研究了该预聚体黏度和发泡情况的影响因素及影响程度,从而实现制备工艺条件及原料的优化选择。制成的灌浆树脂能满足施工要求和行业标准的技术要求。
The preparation method of a polyurethane grouting material GJ-8G prepolymer was introduced. By using the orthogonal experiment design, the influence factors and influence extent of the viscosity and the foaming status of the prepolymer were investigated in order to realize the optimization selection of the preparation process conditions and the raw materials. The prepared grouting resin can meet the construction requirement and the technical requirements of the industrial standards.
