摘要
先采用硝酸、盐酸以及氢氟酸的混合体系对土壤样品进行微波消解处理以得到澄清溶液,然后采用电感耦合高频等离子发射光谱(ICP–OES)法测定样品溶液组分,得到准确的结果。该方法测定土壤样品中铜元素精密度高,准确度好。
The accurate results were obtained by firstly microwave digestion treating soil samples with nitric acid, hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid mixture system to form a clear solution and then determining the sample solution components using inductively coupled plasma(high frequency)-optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES). The method for determining copper element in soil samples has the advantages such as high precision and good accuracy.
