摘要
为了解决高压加热器的爆管问题,从高压加热器在电站回热系统中的运行状态着手,从多个方面分析了高压加热器爆管的主要原因。高压加热器爆管常发生在过热段,通过热应力进行理论性分析,使整个分析过程更具有说服力,为高压加热器的优化设计提供借鉴。
In order to resolve the problem of tube explosion,the paper has analyzed the main reasons of tube explosion from various aspects,based on the HP operation condition in the heat regenerative system of power plants.Tube explosion often happens in overheat section.Through heat stress calculation and theoretical analysis,the paper provides recommendation for the improvement of HP design.
