广东农户人均纯收入增长变化特征及其影响因素——基于1995—2012年数据的实证分析

Characteristics and influence factors of per capita net income growth change of rural households in Guangdong: an empirical analysis based on 1995-2012 data

对广东1995—2012农户人均纯收入增长的变化特征及影响因素进行了实证分析.结果表明,1995年以来,广东农户人均纯收入增长呈现先减速后加速的"V"型变化特征,其农户纯收入结构由家庭农业经营收入为主转向非农生产型行业工资收入为主;1995年以来,只有农村基础设施建设、城乡二三产业发展、农村富余劳动力转移培训等因素对广东农户人均纯收入增长变化存在显著的影响.要实现并确保农户人均纯收入的快速稳定增长,政府当前的政策着力点应当是进一步发展能对农户人均纯收入增长产生贡献的城乡相关产业,以及全面深化农村教育与培训改革.

An empirical analysis on the characteristics and influence factors of per capita net income growth change of rural households in Guangdong in 1995- 2012 was carried out. The results showed that since 1995 Guangdong rural per capita net income growth was the ＂V＂type change characteristics,and that the most important part of net income of rural households changed from income of agricultural production to wage income of non-agricultural production. Since 1995,only the rural infrastructure construction,the development of second or third industry in urban and rural surplus agricultural labor force training and other factors affected the change of per capita net income of rural households in Guangdong. In order to realize and ensure rapid and stable growth of the per capita net income of rural households,focus of current government policy should be the further development of urban and rural industry,and the deepening reform of rural education and training.
