摘要
近些年,随着井下供水系统的水质较差,其中较大的分散性固体颗粒物和线状缠绕物等悬浮物增多,加剧了供水系统的控制阀门内部的“过水”零部件磨损及内部细小水道堵塞,造成控制阀门故障率逐年上升,影响了井下供水系统长周期安全运行。本文重点介绍了采用斜板沉淀技术研制的水质过滤器,将其连接在通往井下供水系统的地表主供水管路上,通过重力作用,使悬浮物从水中自动分离,具有沉淀效率高、占用空间小等特点;通过生产实践取得了较好的效果,特别对较大的分散性固体颗粒物和线状缠绕物的去除效果更为显著;具有对水质要求较高的用水设备设施进行推广及参考价值。
In recent years, as underground water system of water quality is poorer, the larger dispersion of solid particles and linear entanglement suspended solids such as increased,intensified internal control valves for water supply system "water" wear parts and in- ternal small channel congestion, control valve failure rate increased year by year, affected the underground water system safe operation for a long period of time. This article mainly introduced the inclined plate sedimentation technology developed by water filter, connect it on the surface to underground water system on the main pipes, through the action of gravity, automatic separation of suspended solids from water, precipitation with high efficiency and small footprint, etc. Good results have been achieved through production practice, es- pecially for larger dispersion of solid particles and linear entanglement removal effect more significanL Has higher requirements on wa- ter quality of water facilities for promotion and reference value.
