摘要
矿井提升系统承担着矿区上下井、物料运输、废石提升任务,虽然目前我们矿井的电控系统的各种保护装置都比较完善,但难以避免由于司机的操作失误,而导致故障的发生,如制动器机械故障、电控失灵等,这些故障将会使提升机失控,而单靠目前的装置难于避免人员伤亡及设备的损坏。根据矿井提升过卷制动关键技术,经过多方考察论证,分析比较,二矿区安装应用了弹性防撞梁及缓冲托罐装置、多盘摩擦变力缓冲器,并进行了西副井提升机安全设施的改造与完善,效果显著。
mine hoist system undertakes the area well, material transport, waste lifting task, although we mine of the electronic con- trol system of various protection devices are more perfect,but it is difficult to avoid because of the driver's operation error,resulting in failure, such as brake mechanical fault, electrical failure, the failure will improve machine out of control, and relying on the device to a- void casualties and equipment damage. According to the mine hoist overwinding brake technology,through various investigation and e- valuation, analysis and comparison, I units installed applications of elastic beam and cushioning pot device, multi disc friction stress buffer, and the west auxiliary hoist safety facilities renovation and improvement, obvious effect.
