摘要
变压器是电力系统的核心设备,电力变压器的寿命主要取决于变压器内绝缘纸板的寿命,绝缘纸板在变压器内长时间使用会加速纸板纤维的老化,影响纸板的电气和机械性能,从而降低其使用寿命。随着电网向特高压大容量方向发展,对电力变压器绝缘纸板的质量要求更高。本文概述了绝缘纸板绝缘老化特性和绝缘寿命面临的挑战和解决的方向,期待这方面的研究将得到更广泛的关注。
Power transformers are key elements in power systems. A power transformer lifetime is typically defined by the lifetime of the insulating cellulose pressboard in the transformer.The insulating cellulose pressboard will age in service and influence its electrical and mechanical performances, which decrease its service lifetime. As the power network orients in 'extra-high voltage, large capacity', that makes the requirement of performance of the insulating pressboard more strictly. We provide the challenges on improving the insulating pressboard anti-aging characteristic and thus extending its service lifetime,and believe that the research and development in the area of insulating pressboard will surely create many fruitful results.
