高流动高透明无规共聚PP树脂QPT91N的性能研究

摘要 采用Spheripol工艺且选取成核剂M为透明成核剂,生产出高流动高透明的无规共聚PP树脂QPT91N。结果表明:QPT91N的力学性能和耐热性能同国内外同类树脂基本相似,而流动性能高于PP1和PP2,雾度则低于PP1和PP2,说明QPT91N的加工性和透明性优于国内外同类产品;QPT91N与PP1的熔融温度和结晶度相当且高于PP2。 High flow high transparent random copolymer polypropylene QPT91 N was produced by the Spheripol polymerization process using nucleating agent M as the transparent agent. The results showed mechanical properties and heat resistance properties of QPT91 N were similar to the same kind of resins of PP1 and PP2,the flow ability was higher than that of PP1 and PP2,and haze is better than that of PP1 and PP2,which indicated processing and transparent properties of the QPT91 N overmatched the same kind of products at home and abroad. Melting temperature and crystallinity of the QPT91 N were equal to that of PP1 and higher than that of PP2.
