摘要
介绍济南分公司苯抽提装置扩能改造过程中出现的问题及处理措施。对苯抽提装置分馏系统的脱C5塔、脱C6塔进行了塔内件改造,改造后发现脱C6分离效果未达设计要求。经调整操作压力及回流比等参数,认为该塔塔径偏小及塔盘开孔率过高共同导致了塔盘分离效果降低。通过方案论证,采取了新建脱C6塔改造方案。经试生产,新建脱C6塔达到了设计要求,且运行效果良好。
The paper described the problems emerging during capacity expansion revamp of the benzene extraction unit in Ji 'nan Branch Company and corresponding treatment measures. Tower internals for deprivation of C5 and C6tower in fractionation system of the benzene extraction unit were reformed,but deprivation of C6didn't reach the design requirement after the revamp. Reduction on separation efficiency of the tower tray was attributed to smaller tower diameter and higher opening rate on the tray by adjusting operating pressure and reflux ratio etc. parameters. New revamp project on deprivation tower for C6 was built by schemes discussion. The deprivation tower for C6 after the new revamp project reached design requirement in trial production,and running situation of the tower was good.
