摘要
应用PRO/II软件对正丁烷异构装置异丁烷分离系统进行模拟计算,对采用不同工艺流程时系统的能耗、设备投资和操作费用进行分析对比,认为热泵流程虽然流程复杂,投资高,但节能效果显著,操作费用较低。
Process simulation on isobutane separation systems in isomerization of butane for isobutene unit was calculated by PRO / II software. Energy consumption,equipment investment and operation cost of the separation system with different process flows were analyzed and compared,which found that although the hot pump process flow with complex flow and high investment but the process had the advantages such as obviously lower energy consumption and lower operation cost.
