摘要
本文以某炼化一体化项目公用工程需求为边界,分别建立IGCC多联产方案和传统燃煤锅炉方案,并对这两种方案在投资、经济性、污染物排放和全厂能效几方面进行了对比。虽然IGCC多联产方案项目投资内部收益率比燃煤锅炉方案稍差,但是污染物排放却大大降低。IGCC多联产方案全厂能源利用效率为69%,燃煤锅炉方案能源利用效率为55%。
Based on a certain refinery project utility requirements,IGCC and poly-generation technology and conventional coal-fired boilers technology are compared on investment,economy,pollutant discharge and plant energy efficiency. The project investment internal rate of return of IGCC and poly-generation technology is worse,but the pollutant discharge of which are greatly reduced. The whole plant of the energy efficiency of the IGCC and poly-generation is 69%,which of conventional coal-fired boilers is 55%.
