同步薄层罩面在沥青路面预防性养护中的应用 被引量:22

摘要 依托佛山一环高速公路沥青路面预防性养护工程,分析了同步薄层罩面的原材料性能要求、混合料配合比设计、施工技术要点及应用效果。分析结果表明:粘结层应采用聚合物改性乳化沥青,适宜喷洒量为1.3-1.5L/m^2;罩面层沥青混合料应采用高粘SBS改性沥青和优质集料组成的开级配骨架空隙结构,空隙率不低于10%,最佳油石比为5.0%,层厚2.5cm。在施工过程中,应做好交通安全组织工作,并彻底处治旧路面病害;采用专用摊铺机同步进行粘结层喷洒与罩面层摊铺,并采用静压方式碾压且不得过压。试验段工后性能检测表明:同步薄层罩面具有优良的排水、抗滑、降噪及平整等使用性能,是一种性价比高的高等级公路沥青路面预防性养护技术。 Relying on the preventive maintenance engineering of asphalt pavement in the First Loop Expressway of Foshan City,the performance requirements of raw material and the mixing ratio design are analyzed,the points of the construction technology and the application effect for synchronous thin overlay are also studied.The results show that the polymer modified asphalt emulsion with 1.3-1.5L/m^2 of suitable spraying volume should be adopted for the bonding layer.The overlay asphalt mixture should apply the open-graded framework-pore structure which consisted of the highly viscous SBS modified asphalt and the high-quality aggregates.The volume of air voids is no less than10%,the optimum asphalt-aggregate ratio is about 5.0%,and the layer thickness is2.5cm.During the period of the construction,the organization work of the traffic safety should be done well,and the existing pavement distresses should be completely treated.The special paver must be applied to carry out the bonding layer spaying and the overlay paving synchronously,and the way of static compaction is adopted for the rolling.The performance tests after the construction in the experimental section show that the synchronous thin overlay has excellent service performances in drainage,anti-sliding,noise reduction and smoothness etc.Therefore,it is a kind of technology with highperformance-price ratio in the preventive maintenance of the asphalt pavement for highclass highways.
