摘要
针对连续刚构桥结构可靠度分析过程中功能函数不能显示和功能函数拟合时试验样本过多等问题,提出了一种结合支持向量机回归功能与响应面法的可靠度算法。该算法将支持向量机的良好性能(如:处理小样本、高维及非线性)和响应面法的优点(如:直观和高效等)结合在一起。以某连续刚构桥为例,计算了该桥中跨挠度失效模式下的可靠指标。对该失效模式下可靠度参数的敏感性进行了分析,得出了有益的结论。
In order to cope with the problems that the limit state equations can not be displayed or expressed and the number of input samples is huge,the approximation to the function in solving process of structural system reliability of long span bridge is not accurate,a method for the computation of the reliability based on the support vector machine(SVM)regression technique and response surface method is proposed.The proposed method combines the advantages of small samples,high dimension and nonlinear in support vector machine,and the perceptual intuition,the efficiency of the response surface method.By way of examples of a long-span rigid form bridge,the reliability index are obtained under the failure mode of excessive deflection in mid-span.Sensitivity analysis has been made for parameter distribution on this bridge,and several useful conclusions have been made.
