摘要
针对水下连接器需要具有良好可靠性的问题,对连接器的密封性能进行了研究。通过对卡爪式连接器的密封圈进行弹性力学分析,用数学模型揭示了金属密封机理,并根据其受力形式计算了密封比压;根据密封比压公式对密封圈密封面的角度进行了改进,提出了一种新型复合式内外压密封结构。经过有限元仿真分析及样机试验研究,验证了新型密封圈所需的预紧力载荷只有82 t,比原始的标准透镜式密封圈预紧力载荷小了将近30 t,证明了新型复合式内外压密封结构的优越性。
The seal performance of subsea connectors was analyzed in order to meet the challenges and solve the difficulties of ensuring the good reliability of the connectors. The elastic analysis of the claw type connector seals was carried out,the mechanism of metal seal was revealed by a mathematical model and the seal specific pressure was calculated according to the form of its stress. The seal angle was improved based on the seal specific pressure formula. A new combined seal structure which can withstand internal and external pressure was made. The results of finite element analysis and the experiments with prototype showed that the preload of the new lens-seal is only 82 t and it is almost 30 t less than the standard lens-seal,which proves the superiority of the new combined structure.
